1. Overview

WeeklyPot operates a weekly prize draw. One draw runs each week, opening Saturday at 6pm and closing the following Saturday at 5pm (Europe/London). At close, one entry is drawn at random to determine the winner.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and resident in the United Kingdom to enter. Age verification is required. By entering, you confirm you meet these requirements and accept these terms.

3. Entries & Pricing

Paid entries cost £1 each (or as stated on the draw page). Maximum 50 entries per person per draw. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All entry fees are non-refundable once the draw period begins.

4. Prize

The prize is 50% of paid entry revenue for each draw. A minimum prize of £100 is guaranteed every week. If 50% of revenue is below the minimum, the promoter (WeeklyPot) will top up the prize to the guaranteed minimum. The winner is notified by email and the result is displayed on the draw page.

5. Free Entries — No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter. Free postal entries and referral entries carry the same odds as paid entries and count toward the per-person entry cap.

Referral entries: Refer a friend and you both receive free entries when they make their first purchase. As the referrer, you then receive 1 free entry per completed referral each draw, subject to the per-person cap. Referral links apply to new accounts only (within 24 hours of account creation), and self-referrals are not permitted. See How It Works for details.

By post: Send a letter or postcard including your full name, postal address, email address, and the draw reference to: [Postal address to be confirmed]. One free postal entry per email per draw. No account is required for postal entries, but an email address must be included for deduplication.

6. Instant Wins

Each draw includes a fixed pool of instant-win prizes. When you purchase paid entries, each entry has an independent chance to win an instant prize. Instant-win prizes may be bonus draw entries or cash, depending on the draw. Instant wins are paid entries only. Not everyone wins — instant wins are luck-based and tiers can run out before the draw closes. Winners are notified by email and in-app.

7. Winner & Payout

The draw winner and instant-win winners must provide UK bank details to receive their prize. Payments will be made via bank transfer. Winners must be logged in to submit bank details for identity verification. Prizes are paid within a reasonable timeframe after details are received.

Postal entry winners without an account will be contacted by email or post to arrange payment.

8. Fairness

Per-person entry cap (currently 50 per draw) ensures no single person can dominate the draw. Every entry — paid or free — has equal odds. The winner is selected using Random.org's third-party draw service and the record is published for verification.

9. Auto-Buy (Recurring Entries)

You may set up automatic weekly entries. Your saved payment method will be charged each week when a new draw opens. You can pause or cancel auto-buy at any time from your account. Auto-buy entries count toward the per-person entry cap.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

All entry fees are non-refundable once the draw period has begun. If you purchase entries for a draw that has not yet opened, you may request a refund by contacting us before the draw opens. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

Auto-buy recurring entries can be paused or cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect from the next draw — entries already purchased for the current draw are not refunded.

11. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with the draw, your entries, or a payment, please contact us within 14 days using the support form. We will investigate and respond within 14 working days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant UK consumer protection authority.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Users will be notified and may need to re-accept updated terms to continue entering draws. The latest version is always available on this page.
