1. Overview

WeeklyPot operates one prize draw at a time on a weekly cycle. When the draw closes, one winner is selected at random from all valid entries in that draw.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and meet the eligibility requirements shown on the site and in these terms. By entering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Entries & Pricing

Paid entries cost the amount shown on the draw page. A per-person cap applies to each draw. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Prize

The winner's prize is based on the published percentage of paid entry revenue for that draw, subject to any minimum prize configured for the draw. The current prize pool is shown on the draw page.

5. Free Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter. Free postal entry is available and carries the same odds as other valid entries in the same draw.

To enter by post, send the required details for the current draw as set out by the promoter. One free postal entry per person per draw may apply. The promoter may reject incomplete, duplicate, late, or ineligible postal entries.

6. Winner & Payout

The winner must provide UK bank details to receive payment. Payments are made by bank transfer after verification. Postal-entry winners without an account may be contacted separately to arrange payment.

7. Fairness

Every valid entry in the draw has equal odds. The winner is selected using Random.org and the result may be published for verification.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Entry fees are generally non-refundable once the draw period has begun. Where a payment cannot be fulfilled into valid entries because of an operational issue, the order may be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with the draw, your entries, or a payment, please contact us using the support form.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
