One draw runs each week. It opens Saturday at 6pm and closes the following Saturday at 5pm (Europe/London). At close, one entry is drawn completely at random. Every entry — paid or free — has equal odds.

The prize is 50% of all paid entry revenue for the draw. The live prize pool updates as entries are sold, so more entries means a bigger winner payout. You can always see the latest amount on the draw page.

Every entry has equal odds regardless of whether it was paid, free, or a referral entry. We cap entries at 50 per person per draw so nobody can dominate. The winner is selected using Random.org's third-party draw service across all entries.

Yes. No purchase is necessary. You can send a free postal entry — see the free entry section in our Terms. You can also earn free entries through referrals. Free entries have the same odds as paid entries.

Each draw has a fixed pool of instant-win prizes (bonus entries or cash). When you purchase paid entries, each ticket has an independent chance to win an instant prize. Results are immediate — no waiting for the main draw. Not everyone wins; it's pure luck and tiers can run out before the draw closes.

Winners are notified by email and in their account. You'll need to submit UK bank details (sort code and account number) through the Prizes page in your account. Payments are made via bank transfer, typically within 5 working days of submitting your details.

Auto-buy lets you enter every draw automatically. Save a payment method, choose your weekly quantity, and you're entered every Saturday when the new draw opens. When enabling it, you can also choose to enter the current open draw immediately. Same price per entry — no discount, just convenience. You can pause or cancel any time from your account.

Entry fees are non-refundable once the draw period has begun. If you purchase entries for a draw that hasn't opened yet, you can request a refund by contacting us. Auto-buy can be cancelled at any time, but entries already purchased for the current draw are not refunded.

You must be 18 years or older and resident in the United Kingdom. Age verification is required during sign-up.

Phone verification is required to prevent fake accounts and ensure fairness. Each phone number can only be linked to one account. You must verify your phone before purchasing entries.

Share your referral link with friends. When they create an account and make their first purchase, you both receive free entries. As the referrer, you also earn 1 free entry every week per completed referral. Referral links apply to new accounts only (within 24 hours of signup), and self-referrals are not allowed. All referral entries count toward the per-person cap. Manage referrals from your account.

Yes. We use encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and payments are processed securely by Stripe (we never see your full card details). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Contact us through the support form to request account deletion. We'll permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records).
